How to place an order?

Add the desired products to shopping cart and fill in the shipping details. Select the payment method

(Bitcoin/ Bank transfer) and place an order. You will receive order confirmation and payment details on

your provided email address.

Do I need to register to make an order?

We do recommend creating an account as it will make it easier and convenient if you are a returning

customer. However, registration is not necessary for placing an order as we do have a facility of “Guest

checkout”, but an email is required where we can send you payment information and tracking number.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

Can I change my order?

If your order is awaiting payment, you can cancel the order and place a new one. If you have paid for an

order and want to add more products, contact us directly through our “Contact us” section.

How to check the status of my order?

If you have created an account, you can see status of your order on “my orders” section. As a guest

check out you will be updated with your order status through email.

Payment

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept Bitcoin (For all customers), Bank transfer/Wire transfer (Shipped from EU), Western Union (US Domestic)

and Money Gram (US Domestic). We are offering 10% discount on all orders paid through Bitcoin.

How will I know if you have received payment?

We will send you a payment confirmation email or you can check it by logging in to your account and

going to “Order status” section.

Note : In case of Bank transfer, it may take up to 2-3 working days.

Can I change the payment method of my order?

You can either cancel the submitted order and place a new one OR contact us directly to change the

payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Do you deliver to all countries?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping costs are 20 euros. Orders over 250 euros are shipped “Free”.

US Domestic shipping charges are 25 USD and orders over 300 USD are shipped “Free”.

When will my order be shipped after payment?

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 4 working days following “payment collection”.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Do you have a reship policy?

Yes, we do have a one-time reship policy upon providing a valid customs seizure letter.

Please note we do not offer any reship to the following continents and countries:

Continents: Asia, Africa and Australia

Europe: Norway

North America: Canada

What is the shipping time frame?

US Domestic: 2-5 working days

To USA: 8-20 working days

To Europe: 3-8 working days

To rest of the world: Up to 25 working days
